Get Involved

The leadership of ALL union members is essential in a democratic union.

To promote true union democracy we need help getting our message to the AMO Membership. Your leadership is essential.  Personal contact and networking of information will achieve greater influence with members.  Grass root networking is vital to our success.

Get involved.  Here’s what you can do:

• Sign on with the AMC Declaration.  
• Send an email to the Committee@YOURAMC.ORG  and get on our distribution list.  
• Get the AMC message to others, forward AMC email and updates.
• Learn more about union issues from the internet, news updates, and this site.
• Discuss the issues with shipmates and union members
• Join the AMC effort in the 2010 AMO election and stand up to say so.
• Be open and strong about your support for a union government that will finally put the AMO membership first.
